Making a Reservation

• A deposit of one night’s charge (for one room staying 3 nights or less) is processed at the time of reservation to guarantee booking. The balance is due at time of check-in.
• Booking multiple rooms and/or visits of 4 nights or more require a 50% deposit.
• Check-in is from 4 to 6 pm, or by appointment.
• Check-out is 11:00 AM.
• During our Low Season, all major holidays and special events are charged at shoulder season rates.
• A two-night minimum stay may apply on weekends.

Cancellation Policy

Greater than 14 days’ notice:

• $20 per room / per night booked

Less than 14 days notice:

• During Low Season and Shoulder Season One (1) room night will be charged
• During High Season Two (2) Room nights will be charged

Less than 7 days notice:

• For all Seasons the full amount of the duration of the stay will be charged
• Booking for multiple rooms and/or visits of 4 nights or more will be charged 50% deposit
• While never expected, events can occur that may alter or adversely affect your travel plans.  We therefore strongly encourage the purchase of Travel Cancellation/Interruption Insurance at the time you plan your trip

General Policies

• This is a romantic getaway for adults 18 years of age and older.
• We ask guests to refrain from running jacuzzi motors after midnight.
• Smoking is permitted only on the covered Veranda. Guests who smoke in the room will be charged $150 for cleaning and odor control
• Please keep in mind we do not have televisions in the suites
  or guest areas.
• For the comfort of our guests no guest pets are permitted.
